HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTIONS - 06241986 - 86-355 _rs IN THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, STATE OF CALIFORNIA Re: Consummate Purchase and AcceptDeed ) Lehmkuhl Property - 2964 Willow Pass Road, ) Concord, California. ) RESOLUTION NO. 86/355 Acquisition for Municipal Court Parking. ) (Government Coe ection 25350) Project No. WLP753. ) The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: This Board on May 20, 1986, passed Resolution of Intention No. 86/281 and Notice fixing June 17, 1986, amended to June 24, 1986, at 10:30 a.m. in its Chambers, County Administration Building, Martinez, California, as the time and place when it would meet to consummate purchase of the real property described therein from Raymond Lehmkuhl, et al . , said property being required for Municipal Court parking. Said Resolution was duly published in the Contra Costa Times. The Board hereby CONSUMMATES said purchase and AUTHORIZES the Director of General Services to notify Raymond Lehmkuhl , et al . ; in accordance with the terms of the Option to Purchase Real Property agreement dated December 7, 1982, between the County and William H. Moran and Dorothy J. Moran, and assigned to Raymond Lehmkuhl , et al . , on August 5, 1983, for the purchase of the property located at 2964 Willow Pass Road, Concord, California. The County Auditor-Controller is hereby DIRECTED to draw a check chargeable to Account Number WL.P753, in favor of Escrow Number W-492188, Western Title Insurance Company, 1401 North Broadway, Walnut Creek, California, in the sum of $125,000 as the purchase price for said property, for payment to Raymond Lehmkuhl, et al. , upon Lehmkuhl 's conveying to the County a Grant Deed therefor. Said Deed, dated June 23, 1986, is hereby ACCEPTED and the Lease Manager is ORDERED to have it recorded, together with a certified copy of this Resolution. Beginning on the south line of Willow Pass Road , as designated on said map at the east line of said Lot 23; thence from said point of beginning , southerly, along said east line , 159.18 feet; thence westerly, at rignt angles , 60 feet, thence northerly, parallel with the east line of said Lot 23, 140 feet, more or less, to the south line of said Willow Pass Road, thence northeasterly along said Willow Pass Road , 64. 33 feet to the point of beginning.
