THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Order on June 10 , 1986 , by the following vote:

SUBJECT: In the Matter of Implementation of the 86/ 329
Deep Class of Administrative Aide
1. Whereas, the Board of Supervisors has enacted Resolution 83/1, as amended,
referred to as the Salary Regulations, and Section 20 of that Resolution
relates to the compensation and terms and conditions of employment of deep
classes;
BE IT BY THE BOARD RESOLVED that effective January 15, 1986, the following
provisions are applicable for the deep class of Administrative Aide:
2. Salary Range: The compensation for this. deep class shall be set by the
Board of Supervisors and reviewed periodically. Effective 1/15/86, the
salary schedule shall be XA-1341 ($1391-211.1). Effective 7/1/86, the
salary schedule shall be XA-1424 ($1474-2293).
3. Appointment: The appointing Authority may make an appointment at any step
of the 10 step salary range. Appointment to any level shall be in con-
sideration of qualifications of the person appointed and the nature and
complexity of the work to be performed.
4. Special Reassignment: Effective June 11, 1986, permanent incumbents of the
Administrative Aide deep class appointed between January 16, 1986 and
June 11, 1986 at above first step (steps 2-5) may, upon request of the appoint-
ing Authority and subject to approval of the Personnel Director, be reassigned
to any step between 6 and 10. Such reassignment shall be in consideration
of the qualifications of the person appointed and the nature and complexity of
the work to be performed.
�5. Other Provisions: Except as may be changed or modified by resolution hereafter,
all provisions of the Salary Regulations are applicable to this deep class.
