HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTIONS - 04081986 - 86-173 l3 r THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Resolution on April 8, 1986, by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Fanden, Schroder, McPeak, Torlakson and Powers NOES: None ABSENT: None Resolution No. 86/17 3 (S&H Section 8355) Subject: Sale of County Surplus Real Property Crow Canyon Road Surplus Project No. 0662-6U4279 Sane Ramon Area The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: On May 9, 1978, the Board adopted Resolution No. 78/429 which vacated a portion of Crow Canyon Road. This Board hereby DETERMINES that said land, described in 'Exhibit "A" attached hereto, was previously subject to a street, highway or public service easement, and is no longer needed by the public. Pursuant; to Streets and Highways Code Section 8355 , and in consideration of payment of $2,000 which has been paid in full , the Board hereby APPROVES the sale of said property to Mercer Island Partners II , a California Limited Partner- ship, and GVL Investors, a California Limited Partnership, as tenants in common and AUTHORIZES the Chair to sign a Quitclaim Deed on behalf of the County. The Real Property Division is DIRECTED to cause said deed to be delivered to grantee. The Board hereby FINDS that the project is exempt from Environmental Impact Report requirements as a Class 12 Categorical Exemption under County Guidelines and DIRECTS the Public Works Director to file a Notice of Exemption with the County Clerk. The project has been determined to conform to the City of San Ramon General, Plan.
