The Board of Supervisors hereby resolves, finds, and orders as
follows:
1. On July 17, 1984 the Board of Supervisors by Resolution
No. 84/407 ordered the tentative cancellation of land
conservation contracts 20-75 (1945 RZ) and 21-75 (1944 RZ)
and ordered the Clerk of the Board to record in the office
of the County Recorder a Certificate of Tentative Cancellation.
Said Certificate of Tentative Cancellation listed as specific
conditions and contingencies that there be full payment of the
cancellation fees and that landowner obtain all permits
necessary to commence the project.
2. Daniel Van Voorhis, by letter of July 17 , 1984, has notified
the Board that he has satisfied the conditions and contingencies
enumerated in the Certificate of Tentative- Cancellation and
desires that the Board execute a Certificate of Cancellation
of Contract and cause the same to be recorded.
3. The Board finds that the fees have been paid and that the
landowner has obtained all permits necessary to commence the
project; therefore, it hereby causes the attached Certificate
of Cancellation of Contract to be executed and directs the
Clerk of the Board to execute the same and record it in the
Office of the County Recorder.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of July, 1984 by the following
vote:
