Code Sec. 2 57 SUBJECT: Convey County Owned Property to County Board of Education in Exchange for Oak Park School Site. . Project No. 7853-6X5506 Pleasant Hill Area The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County, RESOLVES THAT: On May 22, 1984, this Board passed a Resolution of Intention (Resolution No. 84/311) fixing June 5, 1984, at 10:30 a.m. in the Board of Supervisor' s Chambers, 651 Pine St., Martinez, as the time and place to consummate the conveyance of certain real property to the County Board of Education. This Board accordingly met at that time and place, and all interested parties were given an opportunity to be heard, and based upon the evidence presented, this Board FINDS, DETERMINES AND ORDERS as follows: The County property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto is no longer required for public purposes; and, the undivided one-half interest in the Oak Park School site, described in Exhibit "B", attached hereto, owned by the County Board of Education, is required for County use. The Real Property Exchange Agreement dated May 23, 1984, is APPROVED and the Chairman of this Board is AUTHORIZED to sign said Agreement on behalf of the County. The Chairman of this Board is AUTHORIZED to execute a Grant Deed, on behalf of the County, conveying the real property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, to the County Board of Education. The Real Property Division is DIRECTED to cause said Deed to be delivered to Grantee upon fulfillment of the terms and conditions in the Real Property Exchange Agreement. The Real Property Division is further DIRECTED to cause a certified copy of this resolution to be filed in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of Contra Costa. The County has complied with the requirements of Gov. Code Sec. 65402 regarding the property sale project' s conformity to the City of Pleasant Hill General Plan. A negative declaration of environmental significance pertaining to this project was published with no protest, and the Board has considered the negative declaration together with any comments received during the public review process. The Board hereby FINDS on the basis of the initial study of environmental signifi- cance and any comments received that there As no substantial evidence that the project will have a significant effect on the environment, and APPROVES the negative declaration.
