Reorganization ) RESOLUTION NO. 84/380
The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES
THAT:
1. This Board hereby makes application to the Local Agency
Formation Commission for said Commission's approval of the following
reorganization.
2. This proposal is made pursuant to Government Code
§956000, et seq. , the District Reorganization Act.
3. The requested reorganization is three changes of organ-
ization, each consisting of a detachment of territory from County
Service Area R-7 . The territories to be detached are as described
in Exhibit A attached hereto.
4 . Each of said areas is legally uninhabited.
5. The reason for the proposal is that the described areas
are unlikely to receive any benefit from being in CSA R-7.
This Board hereby requests that the Local Agency Formation
Commission conduct preliminary proceedings and approve the aforesaid
reorganization.
