RESOLUTION NO, 84/360
SUBJECT: In the Matter of Levy of Assessments for Fiscal Year 1984-85,
Assessment District 1979-3, West Pittsburg Area
WHEREAS the Board of Supervisors heretofore fixed this time for
a public hearing on the proposed levy and collection of assessments within Assessment
District No. 1979-3 (LL-2) Lynbrook Development, West Pittsburg area, as set
forth in the Annual Engineer' s Report filed with the Clerk of the Board on June
5, 1984.
WHEREAS said report contains a full and detailed description of
the improvements, the boundaries of the assessment district, and the proposed
assessments upon assessable lots and parcels of land within 'the assessment district;
and
WHEREAS no written or oral protests were received;
NOW THEREFORE the Board hereby approves and confirms the diagram and
assessments as set forth in the Engineer's Annual Report, and hereby levies the
assessments set forth therein for the fiscal year 1934-1985, and authorizes the
County Tax Collector to collect said assessments.
