HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTIONS - 05081984 - 84-270 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on .May 8. 1984 , by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Powers , Fanden, Schroder, McPeak, Torlakson NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None SUBJECT: Approval of the Final Map, 1 RESOLUTION N0. 84/270 Subdivision 6289, 1 Oakley Area. ) The following document was presented for Board approval this date: The Final Map of Subdivision 6289, property located in the -Oakley area, said map having been certified by the proper officials; Said document was accompanied by: I. Letter from the County Tax Collector stating that there are no unpaid County taxes heretofore levied on the property included in said map and that the 1983-84 tax lien has been paid fn full and that the 1984-85 tax lien, which became a lien on the first day of March, 1984, is estimated to be $1,400: II. Security to guarantee the payment of taxes as required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code, in the form of a cash deposit in the amount of $1,400, made by Henry C. Mendiola guaranteeing the payment of the estimated tax; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said subdivision, together with the provisions for its design and improvement, is DETERMINED to he consistent with the County's general and specific plans; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Final Map is APPROVED and this Board does not accept or reject on behalf of the public any of the streets, paths or easements shown thereon as dedicated to public use. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that access rights for the 25-foot driveway serving parcels 2 and 3 as shown on the Final Map of Subdivision 6289, which was relinquished on the map for Subdivision 5839, recorded May 28, 1981, in Book 252 of Maps on page 21, is hereby GRANTED.
