HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTIONS - 05081984 - 84-265 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on .May 8, 1984 , by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Powers , Fanden, Schroder, McPeak, Torlakson NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None SUBJECT: Approval of the Parcel Map, ) RESOLUTION NO. 84/265 Subdivision MS 42-80, ) Danville Area. ) The following document was presented for Board approval this date: The Parcel Map of Subdivision MS 42-80, property located in the Danville area, said map having been certified by the proper officials; Said document was accompanied by: I. Letter from the County Tax Collector stating that there are no unpaid County taxes heretofore levied on the property included in said map and that the 1983-84 tax lien has been paid i•n full and that the 1984-85 tax lien, which became a lien on the first day of March, 1984, is estimated to be $6,700: II. Security to guarantee the pavment of taxes as required by Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code, in the form of a surety bond, No. 1047451, issued by Amwest Surety Insurance Company with Louis A. Seever and Peggy E.
