Code Sec. 2065 Publishing Notice of Intention to Convey County Owned Property to County Board of Education in Exchange for the Oak Park School Site. Project No. 7853-6X5506 Pleasant Hill Area RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO CONVEY REAL PROPERTY The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County, RESOLVES THAT: It intends to convey to the Contra Costa County Board of Education, County owned real property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, for one-half (1/2) interest in the Oak Park School site, described in Exhibit "B", attached hereto, plus $90,000 in cash. The fair market value of the property described in Exhibit "A" is equal to the fair market value of one-half interest in the property described in Exhibit "B" plus $90,000.00. The transaction will be consumated generally upon the terms and conditions set forth in the Real Property Exchange Agreement on file with the Real Property Division at 255 Glacier Drive, Martinez, CA 94553. The property to be conveyed to the Board of Education is not required for any present or future County use. The property to be acquired from the Board of Education is required for County use. This Board hereby sets Tuesday, June 5, 1984, at10:30 a.m. in the Board's Chambers in the County Administration Building, 651 Pine Street, Martinez, Califor- nia, as the time and place it will meet to consummate this conveyance by a four- fifths vote.
