JUVENILE COURT RECORD SEALING FEES
Amend Board Resolution No. 84/206, establishing Criminal and Juvenile
Court record sealing fees at $60.00 for a change of plea action, as authorized by
Penal Code Section 1203.4(c) , $60.00 for sealing of a minor's misdemeanor record,
as authorized by Penal Code Section 1203.45, and $50.00 for sealing a Juvenile
Court traffic offense record, as authorized by Welfare and Institutions Code
Section 903.3.
