The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County, as the governing body of the Contra
Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District, RESOLVES THAT:
The Flood Control District on September 6, 1983 contracted with
Brudigam Development, Inc.
3603 Walnut Street, Lafayette, California 94549
(Name and address or Contractor
for the installation of gabion walls and the placement of rock slope protection
on Alhambra Creek near Wanda Way in the Martinez area, Project No. 7505-6F7751-83,
with Covenant Mutual Insurance Company as surety,
Name of Bonding Company
:. for viork to be performed on the grounds of the County: and
The Chief Engineer reports that said work has been inspected and complies
with the approved plans, special provisions , and standard specifications, and
recommends its acceptance as complete as of March 26, 1984
Therefore, said v�iork is accepted as completed on said date, and the Clerk shall
file with the County Recorder a copy of this Resolution and Notice as a
Notice of Completion for said contract.
PASSED BY THE BOARD on April 24, 1984 by the following vote:
AYES : Supervisors Powers , Fanden, Torlakson
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisors Schroder and McPeak
