SUBJECT: Sale of County
Surplus Real Property
San Ramon Valley Boulevard
San Ramon Area
Project No. 0662-6U4142
The ,Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT:
On January 18, 1983, the Board adopted Resolution No. 83/142, which vacated
a portion of San Ramon Valley Boulevard, San Ramon. This Board hereby DETERMINES
that said land, described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, was previously subject
to a street, highway or public service easement, and is no longer needed by the public.
Pursuant to Streets and Highways Code § 8355, and in consideration of payment
of $36,000.00 which has been paid in full , the Board hereby APPROVES the sale of
said property to Frank Warn and Kay Warn and AUTHORIZES the Chairman to sign a Grant
Deed on behalf of the County.
The Real Property Division is DIRECTED to cause said deed to be delivered to
grantee.
The Board hereby FINDS that the project is exempt from Environmental Impact
Report requirements as a Class 12 Categorical Exemption under County Guidelines and
DIRECTS the Public Works Director to file a Notice of Exemption with the County Clerk.
The project has been determined to conform to the County General Plan.

EXHIBIT "A"
A portion of Rancho. San Ramon, Contra Costa County, California, described
as follows:
Parcel 1
Beginning at the most westerly corner of Parcel "A" as said parcel
is shown on the map entitled "Record of Survey" recorded January 14, 1972 -
in Book 54 - of Land Surveyors Maps, at page 39, Records of Contra Costa
County, California; thence, from said point of beginning along the westerly
prolongation of the northerly line of said Parcel "A" (54 LSM 39) , South
71046'00" West, 0.60 feet to a point on a line parallel with and 50.00 feet
easterly of the centerline of San Ramon Valley Boulevard, as said centerline
is shown on the map entitled "A Precise Section of the Streets and Highways
Plan Contra Costa County San Ramon Valley Boulevard" recorded May 13, 1968 in
Book 5622 of Official Records, at page 437, records of said county; thence
along said parallel line South 19°51'09" East, 287.60 feet to a point which
shall hereinafter be referred to as point "B"; thence continuing along said
parallel line South 19°57'09" East, WOO feet; thence southerly along a tangent
curve concave to the east having a radius of 3950.00 feet, through a central
angle of 0°20'27", an arc distance of 23.50 feet; thence non-tangent from said
curve, North'16035'30" East, 20.98 feet to a point which shall hereinafter be
referred to as Point "C", thence continuing North 16035'30" East, 35.31 feet
to the southwesterly line of said Parcel "A" (54 LSM 39) ; thence along said
southwesterly line North 23011 '31" West, 202.57 feet; thence, North 29°31 '56"
East, 129.42 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing an area of 7,846 square feet of land, more or less.
Reserving therefrom a 10.00 feet in width easement for storm
drainage purposes the centerline of which is described as follows:
Beginning at the above said Point "B"; thence from said point of beginning
North 70°02'51 " East, 3.00 feet ; thence South 21039'39" East, 71 .29 feet to
the above said Point "C". The side lines of said 10.00 feet in width strip of
land shall lengthen or shorten as necessary in order to terminate on said lines
containing said Points "B" and "C".

Beginning at the most southerly point of Parcel 1 as said parcel is shown
on the map entitled "Record of Survey" recorded December 16, 1975 in Book 60
of Licensed Survey Maps, at page 2, Records of Contra Costa County, California;
thence from said point of beginning along the westerly prolongation of the
southerly line of said Parcel 1 (60 LSM 2) South 71046'00" West, 0.60 feet to a
point on a line parallel with and 50.00 feet easterly from the centerline of
San Ramon Valley Boulevard as said centerline is shown on the map entitled
"A Precise Section of the Streets and Highways Plan Contra Costa County San
Ramon Boulevard" recorded May 13, 1968 in Book 5622 of Official Records at
page 437, records of said County; thence along said parallel line North 19`57'09"
West, 3.54 feet to the westerly line of said Parcel 1 (60 LSM 2) ; thence along
the southwesterly line of said Parcel 1 (60 LSM 2), South 29°31 '56" East,
3.61 fact to the point of beginning.
Containing an area of 1 square foot of land, more or less.
