THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE COUNTY OF CONTRA COSTA
RESOLUTION NO. 3415
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF GRANT DEED FOR WILDCAT CREEK IMPROVEMENTS,
CAO11OO6, NORTH RICHMOND, TO CONTRA COSTA COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL
AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT
WHEREAS, Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conversation District
proposes to implement a Corps of Engineer plan of improvements for
Wildcat Creek adjacent to CAO11OO6, Las Deltas, North Richmond;
and
WHEREAS the plan proposed by the Contra Costa County Flood Control and
Water Conservation District suggests in the financing portion that
all public agencies owning land within the area donate the
necessary project rights of way to meet the local cost share of
the project costs; and
WHEREAS commitments for donating rights of way have been received from all
other public agencies owning land within the area:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Commissioners of the
Housing Authority of the County of Contra Costa authorizes the
execution of a Grant Deed to Contra Costa County Flood Control and
Water Conservation District on the necessary land rights where the
improvement project for Wildcat Creek crosses Housing Authority
property as fully described on Exhibit A.
This Resolution is to become effective immediately upon receipt of
HUD approval.

Phase I
Parcels 1206 through 1214 Inclusive
A portion of the San Pablo Rancho situated in the County of Contra Costa, State
of California, described as follows:
Commencing at a 5/8-inch rebar tagged R.C.E. 13810 at the northeast corner of
Parcel A as shown on the map of Subdivision MS 18-82 filed September 14, 1982
in Book 102 of Parcel Maps at page 43, records of Contra Costa County, said
5/8-inch rebar bears South 880 55' 40" East 159.96 feet (record South 880 56'
47" East 159.96 feet) from a 2-inch iron pipe tagged R.C.E. 13810 at the northwest
corner of Parcel A as shown on the map of Subdivision MS 26-81 filed September
14, 1982 in Book 102 of Parcel Maps at page 44, records of said County; thence
from point of commencement North 130 41' 25" East 746.22 feet to the point of
beginning of the following described strip of land.
A strip of land 150.00 feet in width, lying 76.00 feet northerly and 74.00 feet
j southerly of the following described line:

Beginning at said point of beginning to which a radial line of a curve concave
to the south having a radius of 270.00 feet bears North 100 52' 20" East; thence
westerly along the arc of said curve through a central angle of 290 16' 20",
a distance of 137.94 feet; thence tangent to said curve South 710 36' 00" West
178.28 feet; thence westerly along the arc of a tangent curve, concave to the
north having a radius of 400.00 feet through a central angle of 190 43' 00",
a distance of 137.65 feet; thence tangent to said curve, North 880 41' 00" West
95.00 feet to a point which shall hereinafter be referred to as Point "A".
A strip of land 154.00 feet in width, lying 80.00 feet northerly and 74.00 feet
southerly of the following described line:
r Beginning at said Point "A", thence continuing North 880 41' 00" West 425.61
feet; thence westerly along the arc of a tangent curve concave to the south
having a radius of 460.00 feet through a central angle of 80 43' 0811, a distance
of 70.00 feet to a point which shall hereinafter be referred to as Point "1-A"
to which a radial line bears North 70 24' 08" West.
A strip of land 156.00 feet in width, lying 80.00 feet northerly and 76.00 feet
southerly of the following described line:
Beginning at said Point "1-A", thence continuing westerly along the arc of said
curve with a radius of 460.00 feet, through a central angle of 250 06' 35",
a distance of 201 .59 feet to a point which shall hereinafter be referred to
as Point "B".
A strip of land 154.00 feet in width, lying 78.00 feet northwesterly and 76.00

South 630 18' 26" West 543.95 feet; thence southwesterly along the arc of a
tangent curve, concave to the southeast having a radius of 1,200.00 feet through
a central angle of 40 44 ' 14" , a distance of 99.21 feet to a point which shall
hereinafter be referred to as Point "C"; thence continuing southwesterly along
the arc of said curve with a radius of 1 ,200.00 feet, through a central angle
of 10 09' 59", a distance of 24.43 feet; thence tangent to said curve, South
570 24 ' 13" West 53. 12 feet to a point which shall hereinafter be referred to
as Point "D"; thence continuing South 570 24' 13" West 234.63 feet to a point
on the proposed centerline of the North Richmond Bypass as shown on the map
entitled "A Precise Section of the Streets and Highway Plan, Contra Costa County,
North Richmond Bypass," recorded.November 5, 1969 in Book 5998 at page 209 of
Official Records of said County, said point shall hereinafter be referred to
as Point "E" and is the southwesterly terminus of the above described series
of strips of land. Said Point "E" is further described as follows:
Thence from said Point "E" long said proposed centerline of North Richmond Bypass
South 00 35 ' 08" West 690.05 feet to the 1�-inch iron pipe tagged Contra Costa
County at Station 28 + 00 P.O.T. as shown on said map (5998 O.R. 209) ; said
1�-inch iron pipe bears South 00 35' 08" West 1,700.00 feet from another 1�-inch
iron pipe tagged Contra Costa County at Station 45 + 00 P.O.T. as shown on said
map (5998 O.R. 209).
Bearings and distances used in the above description are based on the California
Coordinate System Zone III. To obtain ground distance, multiply distances used
by 1.0000641.
