HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESOLUTIONS - 03271984 - 3415 7,3 THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE COUNTY OF CONTRA COSTA RESOLUTION NO. 3415 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF GRANT DEED FOR WILDCAT CREEK IMPROVEMENTS, CAO11OO6, NORTH RICHMOND, TO CONTRA COSTA COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT WHEREAS, Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conversation District proposes to implement a Corps of Engineer plan of improvements for Wildcat Creek adjacent to CAO11OO6, Las Deltas, North Richmond; and WHEREAS the plan proposed by the Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District suggests in the financing portion that all public agencies owning land within the area donate the necessary project rights of way to meet the local cost share of the project costs; and WHEREAS commitments for donating rights of way have been received from all other public agencies owning land within the area: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the County of Contra Costa authorizes the execution of a Grant Deed to Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District on the necessary land rights where the improvement project for Wildcat Creek crosses Housing Authority property as fully described on Exhibit A. This Resolution is to become effective immediately upon receipt of HUD approval. March 27 , 1984 ADOPTED on by the following vote of the Commissioners: AYES: Commissioners Powers , Fanden, McPeak, Schroder , Torlakson. NOES: None. ABSENT: None .
