In its capacity as the Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa
County, the Board RESOLVES:
1. The terms of employment and compensation expressed in
Division 36 of the Contra Costa County Ordinance Code prior to
its repeal by Ordinance No. 81- 34 , are hereby adopted and estab-
lished by this Resolution as the general rules governing employment
in Contra Costa County in place of Ordinance Cade Division 36 ,
effective July 1, 1981.
2. The terms of employment and compensation adopted and
established by this Resolution are attached hereto and incorpo-
rated herein by reference.
