HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCES - 04111995 - 95-21 y ORDINANCE NO. 95 - 21 (County Probation Officer- Exempt) The Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors ordains as follows (omitting the parenthetical footnotes from the official text of the enacted or amended provisions of the County Ordinance Code): SECTION I: Section 33-5.345 is added to the County Ordinance Code to exclude the class of county probation officer-exempt from the merit system to read: 33-5.5.345. The county probation officer-exempt is excluded and is appointed by the Judge of the Juvenile Court. (Ord. 95- 21 , § 1.) SECTION II:EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance becomes effective 30 days after passage, and within 15 days of passage shall be published once with the names of the supervisors voting for and against it in the CONTRA COSTA TIMES , a newspaper published in this County.
