BACKGROUND: The Employment and Human Services Department, Children and Family Services (CFS) Bureau is implementing Child Welfare (CWS) Redesign to enhance current service delivery and improve outcomes for children and families. The redesign plan includes providing early intervention services, developing community partnerships, and increasing the number of foster families. This contract amendment will ensure continued services while the Employment and Human Services Department completes the open bid process, Request for Proposal (RFP) 1102. 21-095-3
