BACKGROUND/REASON(S) FOR RECOMMENDATION(S): The Public Works Department has reviewed the Conditions of Approval required for Minor Subdivision 05- 0019 and has determined that the applicant has satisfied all Conditions of Approval required for Parcel Map recordation.
