(District III) FISCAL IMPACT: None. _BACKGROUND/REASON(S) FOR RECOMMENDATION(S): A portion of the Grant Deed of Development Rights (creek structure setback) needs to be quitclaimed for bridge construction. _CONSEQUENCES OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The bridge structure will be located in a creek structure setback area.
