(District III) SPI'CIFIC REQUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)S.BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION RECOMMENDATION(S): ADOPT Resolution No. 2008/ 4ti5 approving Quitclaim Deed ofDevelopment Rights(creek structure setback), Subdivision 95-07984,project developed by Shapell Industries,Inc.,as recommended by the Public Works Director, San Ramon (Dougherty Valley) area. (District III) FISCAL IMPACT: None. _BACKGROUND/REASON(S) FOR RECOMMENDATION(S): A portion of the Grant Deed of Development Rights (creek structure setback) needs to be quitclaimed for bridge construction. _CONSEQUENCES OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The bridge structure will be located in a creek structure setback area.
