FISCAL IMPACT: Upon approval,this action will result in a monthly cost savings: BACKGROUND: I The Social Service Program Analyst position perfo ms the program analyst duties related to Cal-Learn and Refugee Cash Assistance (RCA) program in Workforce Services.
