RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt Position Adjustment Resolution Number 20565,to add one(1) permanent full-time Social Service Program Analyst(X4SH)
position at salary level KZ5-1642($5,324-$6,471)and cancel one(1)Volunteer and Emergency Program Specialist(XDWF) position
#13133 and one(1)Clerk Experienced Level (JWXB) position#13396 as recommended by the Assistant County Administrator-Human
Resources Director.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Upon approval,this action will result in a monthly cost savings:
BACKGROUND: I
The Social Service Program Analyst position perfo ms the program analyst duties related to Cal-Learn and Refugee Cash Assistance
(RCA) program in Workforce Services. This position Is the primary contact with the State for the RCA and Cal-Learn programs and
responsible for policies and procedures and managing the contact with the Perinatal Council.Typical tasks for the contract monitoring
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
