(District III) SPECIFIC REQUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION RECOMMENDATION(S): ADOPT Resolution No. 2008/ for Subdivision 02-08698,Declaring Creek View Place,Madeline Lane and Ariel Drive as County Roads,for project being developed by Shapell Industries of Northern California,a Division of Shapell Industries, Inc., a Delaware Corp., which were accepted as complete by the County on February 7, 2006, Danville area. (District III) FISCAL IMPACT: None. BACKGROUND/REASON(S) FOR RECOMMENDATION(S): The improvements were accepted on February 7, 2006, and were retained by the developer. These roads are now being declared as County roads. CONSEQUENCES OF NEGATIVE ACTION: These roads will not be considered as County Roads.
