I have recently tried to refinance my home mortgage and have run into problems due to my zip code. When I heard this from the many lenders I decided to look into my zip code. I did not know that the city of Richmond shares the 94805 zip code. This means that lenders are considering my property as insides the Richmond city limits. Currently Richmond is having above average foreclosure rates and this is limiting the loans that are available to me and reducing the appraised value of my home and in turn costing me money. I would like to propose that at least East Richmond Heights get its own Zip Code or preferably a new name and Zip Code. N Thank you for your time. ------------------------------------------------------------ "Glen Massey" To: comments@cob.cccounty.us ► <glenmassey@sbcglo cc: bal.net> Subject: BOS Agenda Comments from Website 05/03/2008 12:03 PM Please respond to"Glen Massey" This message was sent from: http://www.contracosta.ca.gov/depart/cao/agendacomments_form.htm ------------------------------------------------------------ Name of sender: Glen Massey Address of sender: 601 Andrew Way Phone of sender: 510-262-9478 Email of sender: glenmassey@sbcglobal.net Agenda Date: Agenda Iteml: Agenda Item2: D.1 ------------------------- COMMENTS ------------------------- Street sweeping causing rapid street deterioration of Argyle Road's aggregate roadway.
