SUBJECT: Appropriation Adjustment to Fund Vehicle Replacement for Risk
Management
SPECIFIC REQUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
RECOMMENDATIONS:
APPROVE Appropriation Adjustment No. 5111 authorizing the transfer of appropriations in the
amount of $8,468 from the Risk Management Department (0150) to the General Services
Fleet Operations (4263) to cover the replacement cost for one vehicle (All Districts).
FISCAL IMPACT:
Transfer funding to General Services Department to complete purchase of replacement
vehicle. Costs are 100% by General Liability Trust.
REASON(S) FOR RECOMMENDATION(S):
The funding for the replacement vehicle is coming from the General Liability Trust and will be
used by the Manager of the Liability Claims Unit.
