FINANCIAL IMPACT This action provides appropriations from salvage for the replacement of two vehicles. The estimated purchase cost of $140,000 will be funded with estimated salvage ($13,000) and funds ($127,000) from the Public Works Department Road Fund FY2007/08 Budget. BACKGROUND The Public Works Department is replacing two twenty-year-old dump trucks. The vehicles meet replacement policy guidelines.
