Health Services noted that employees incurred overtime pay consistently between the period of April 1, 2007 to September 30, 2007, and stated that additional hours would be needed. Human Resources has confirmed that overtime pay for both individuals has continued up to date. The proposed change to increase position hours for both positions will eliminate or sufficiently reduce the amount of overtime pay currently being paid and/or incurred monthly.
