DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITY: The activity consists of the conveyance of storm drain easements along the western portion of APN 008-010-037(approximately 160 ft. wide by 1,600 ft. long) (Fig.3), west of Newport Drive and on APN 008-550-044 (approximately 105 ft. wide by 315 ft. long) (Fig. 4), south of Clipper Drive, near Kellogg Creek and Frisk Creek, in unincorporated Discovery Bay. Contra Costa County (County) previously accepted the dedicated storm drain easements for APN 008-010-037& APN 008-550-044, as part of Subdivision 6760. The County has determined that the storm drain easements are no longer needed and wishes to convey them to the Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District to formalize maintenance rights. LOCATION: The activity is located in east Contra Costa County, in unincorporated Discovery Bay (Figs. 1-4).
