(See attached Resolution 2008/ I FISCAL IMPACT I None. I BACKGROUND/REASON FOR RECOMMENDATION In 1994, the Board of Supervisors, in recognition of the life and work of Cesar E. Chavez, began the Annual "Cesar E. Chavez Commemorative Celebration". The above-named Departments and Organizations are being acknowledged for their support and sponsorship for th%s year's event. The 2008 Cesar E. Chavez Committee recommends that the Board approve the attached resolution to recognize these Departments and Organizations for their support as we celebrate the 15th Annual "Cesar E.
