This Offer of Dedication is required to complete the right-of-way necessary for a turnaround at the end of Diablo
View Road.

OFFER OF DEDICATION -ROAD PURPOSES
The Stratford at Lafayette, LLC, the undersigned, being the present title owner of record of the
herein described parcel of land,do hereby make an irrevocable offer of dedication to Contra Costa
County, a political subdivision of the State of California and its successors or assigns, for street,
highway landscaping and other public purposes, including maintenance thereof,the fee title to real
property situated in the County of Contra Costa, State of California, as described in Exhibit "A"
(written description) and as shown on Exhibit "B" (plat map) attached hereto.
It is understood and agreed that Contra Costa County and its successors or assigns shall incur no
liability with respect to such offer of dedication, and shall not assume any.responsibility for the
offered parcel of land or any improvements thereon or therein,until such offer has been accepted by
appropriate action of the Board of Supervisors, or of the local governing bodies of its successors or
assigns.
The provisions hereof shall inure to the benefit of Contra Costa County and its successors or
assigns and will be binding upon the title owner of record and that owner's heirs, successors or
assigns.

Real property in an unincorporated area of the County of Contra Costa, State of
California, being a portion of the Rancho Canada Del Hambre Y Las Bolsas, also
being a portion of the parcel of land granted to "The Stratford at Lafayette, L.L.C."
described in the deed recorded September 14, 2005 in Series Number 2005-
0349324, Contra Costa County records, described as follows:.
Offer of Dedication
Beginning at the most northerly corner of said Parcel (2005-0349324); thence
southerly along the easterly line, south 1°56'46"east, 9.32 feet (the bearing south
1056'46" east being taken for the purpose of this description) to a point on a non-
tangent curve concave to the northwest, a radial from said point bears north
66034'25" west; thence leaving said line, westerly along said curve, having a radius
of 45.00 feet, through a central angle of 112010'45", an arc length of 88.11 feet to a
point on the northerly line of said Parcel (2005-0349324) being on the southerly line
of the parcel of land granted to Contra Costa County described in the deed recorded
January 31, 1958 in Book 3112 of Official Records at page 526; thence non tangent
to said curve and easterly along said line north 72036'46" east, 76.63 feet to the
Point of Beginning.
Containing an area of 1,389 square feet of land more or less..
Bearings are based on the California Coordinate System Zone III. (C.C.S. 27)
