County DATE: February 27 2008' �' SUBIECT: Approval of Contract#74-246-4 with The Results Group SPECIFIC REQUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND JUSTIFICATION RECOMNIENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee (Don11a Wigand) to execute on behalf of the County, Contract #74-246-4 with The Results Group, a partnership, in an amount not to exceed $175,000, to provide organizational development and strategic planni11g services for the Mental Health Division's Prop 63 implementation, for the period frons March 1, 2008 through February 28, 2009. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is fiinded 100`%I by State Proposition 63. BACKGROUNWREASON(S) FOR RECOMMENDATION(S): On February 27, 2007, the .Board of Supervisors approved Contract #74-246-3 with Tile Results Group for the period from March 1, 2007 through February 29, 2008, for the provision of professional consultation and training to the Mental Health Division with regard to organizational development for Proposition 63 implementation and strategic planning for Contra Costa Regional Medical Center. Approval of Contract #74246-4 will allow the Contractor to continue providing services through February 28, 2009.
