BACKGROUND: Language Line Services, Inc., was selected through the competitive process (Request for Proposal #1097), to provide telephone interpretation, onsite interpretation, and document translation services to non-English speaking recipients of Employment and Human Services Department services. In compliance with State and Federal regulations, interpretation services will be made via telephone translation and in-person, onsite translation services. Document translation services will also be provided for any document needing translation into English or into a client's native language. 19-403-0
