FISCAL IMPACT: $408,000: 50% State Funds; 50% Federal Funds. No County costs. InTelegy's expertise in the coordination and integration of the County Medi-Cal Service Center (Service Center) system in the areas of operations, performance management, technology, and infrastructure helps accommodate enhanced project management, program and systems design, and expanded training on process and procedures to best serve the clients of the Service Center. Additionally, InTelegy Corporation is assisting management in developing reports to track actions, forecast workload volumes, and evaluate workflow for areas such as intake, case maintenance and phone customer care. InTelegy Corporation is providing increased services in support to the Medi-Cal Service Center task management and scheduling, workflow, personnel and training, and system oversight. 19-256-4
