BACKGROUND: The Supported Work Services Program is half of an overarching program initiating more in- depth State mandated services to CaIWORKs clients who have been assessed as possibly suffering from learning difficulties. Rubicon and ARC provide multilingual and culturally sensitive case management,job placements and retention services geared toward individuals with learning disabilities and need additional support to become self-sufficient through unsubsidized employment. 21-851-5 21-852-5
