FISCAL IMPACT: $90,000: 100% Metropolitan Transportation Commission Low Income Flexible Transportation Grant. BACKGROUND: The Employment and Human Services Department (EHSD) created the Keeping Your Employment Equals Your Success (KEYS)Auto Loan Program for CaIWORKs participants who need a personal automobile to complete their transition to self- sufficiency. The KEYS Auto Loan Program targets CaIWORKs participants and in coordination with Contra Costa Federal Credit Union, provides automobile loans for participants who meet loan criteria. The program is successful at helping participating CaIWORKs clients remain employed and well on the road to self-sufficiency. This contract extension services to enable the Contractor to continue providing auto loan services. 21-856-6
