BACKGROUND: Under the Children and Family Services Bureau's supervision, the Community Engagement Specialist (CES) will work to engage families at-risk of entering Children and Family Services (CFS) system and link them to community-based case .management services to improve family functioning and overall child wellbeing. The CES will be responsible for recruiting resource families within the Monument Corridor Child Welfare Services (CWS) redesign target area. This contract is for a limited period of time while the Department evaluates the continuing need for these services to determine how best to provide them. (#21-342-5)
