We estimate that the advisory committee will meet between five and seven times during the next year-and-a-half to review and comment on the update to the CBPP as it is being prepared. The committee members may also be asked to review project checklists sub- mitted as part of MTC's routine accommodation process, and may meet intermittently to discuss those checklists. The committee may be asked to recommend funding allocations for bicycle and pedestrian projects, although we do not expect any such review within the next two years. Because the committee is made up of both citizens and public agency staff, members will need to have a certain amount of flexibility in meeting times. While the committee has recently met most frequently at lunch,it has also met in the late afternoon and early eve- ning.
