The Public Works Department wishes to continue to work with this firm to maintain consistency on several ongoing projects. CONSEQUENCES OF NEGATIVE ACTION: If the Consulting Services Agreement is not amended various projects will be delayed in obtaining the required permits causing delays in their construction and/or repair.
