FISCAL IMPACT: $212,800: 50% State Funds; 50% Federal Funds. No County costs. InTelegy is also implementing audit recommendations for the improvement of ongoing operations and support. InTelegy s expertise in the coordination and integration of the County Medi-Cal Service Center i (Service Center) system in the areas of operations, performance management, technology, and i infrastructure helps accommodate enhanced project management, program and systems design, and expanded training on process and procedures to best serve the clients of the i Service Center. InTelegy Corporation is assisting management in developing reports to track actions. forecast workload volumes, and evaluate workflow for areas such as intake, case i maintenance and phone customer care.
