RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt Position Adjustment Resolution Number 20293, RECLASSIFY position #12832 Administrative Aide
(APIA-Unrepresented) to Management Analyst II (ADTE-Unrepresented) in the County Administrator's
Office.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The County Administrator has estimated an annual cost of$7,215 and 100% funded from General Funds.
. BACKGROUND:
The County Administrator is requesting to reclassify position #12832 as the incumbent is performing the
higher level duties which include determining factors affecting departmental budgets, preparing monthly
calculation and review of projected year-end fund balances, providing technical advice and assistance to
special project, "Zero Tolerance for Domestic Violence" staff on budget, grant reporting and contract
administration and keeps current on SB90 regulations with regards to County cost plan and State
requirements.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
If this request is not approved, the incumbent will continue to perform duties that are outside her
classification and will not be appropriately compensated.
