These outcomes are achieved by offering comprehensive services, including high quality early childhood education, nutrition, and health services to low-income children throughout Contra Costa County. BACKGROUND: On September 12, 2006, the Board of Supervisors approved the third amendment to this two-year agreement. Approval of this fourth amendment adds $89,000 in funds to the FY 2006-07 budget allocation and replaces contract attachments 2 and 3, which are the budget pages in the current contract, with Exhibit B, which is the revised budget page indicating the increase of funds, in this proposed amendment. This is a routine amendment to a State contract. Approval of this amendment will allow additional households to receive energy assistance through the weatherization program.
