#29-502-19
On May 25, 2004, the Board of Supervisors approved Standard Agreement #29-502-13 (as amended by subsequent
amendments #29-502-14 through 429-502-18), with the State Department of Alcohol & Drug Programs, for the period
from July 1, 2004 through June 30, 2008, for the provision of Substance Abuse services. These Agreements resected
the anticipated FY 2006-2007 finding allocation. In a State Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs memorandum
dated March 15, 2007, the County was notified of the increase in allocation. Based on current service level billings, no
revenues impact is expected from this amendment.
Approval of this Standard Agreement (Amendment) 429-502-19 will result in an increase in the State Medi-Cal and
Federal Medi-Cal match to the County and allow continuation of the Prevention and Treatment Program, through June
30, 2008.
Three sealed and certified copies of this Board Order should be returned to the Contracts and Grants Unit for
submission to the State.
