SUBJECT: Amend Contract with YWCA of Contra Costa County CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT: This contract supports three of the community outcomes established in the Children's Report Card: 1) "Children Ready for and Succeeding in School"; 2) "Children and Youth Healthy and Preparing for Productive Adulthood"; 4) "Families that are Safe, Stable and Nurturing," by providing mental health services to children and families in Contra Costa County. BACKGROUND: YWCA of Contra Costa County (Contractor) has been contracted by Children and Family Services (CFS) to provide mental health services to non-Medi-Cal eligible clients referred by CFS as well as authorized services for Medi-Cal eligible clients that are not covered by Medi-Cal.
