(District III) FISCAL IMPACT: None. -BACKGROUND/REASON(S) FOR RECOMMENDATION(S):. :Public Works staff has reviewed the Conditions of Approval for Subdivision 04-08905 and has determined that this Offer of Dedication satisfies Conditions of Approval #74 which requires the applicant acquire right-of-way dedication from San Ramon Valley Unified School District along the soccer field and parking lot frontage for Stone Val ley Road. CONSEQUENCES OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The Offer of Dedication will not be accepted.
