FINANCIAL IMPACT There is no financial impact associated with approval of recommended action. BACKGROUND Section 1108-2.212 of the County Ordinance Code authorizes the Purchasing Agent to dispose of any personal property belonging to Contra Costa County and found by the Board of Supervisors not to be required for public use.
