BACKGROUND: Mr. Digman was selected through the competitive bidding process, Request for Interest #270. Mr. Digman will be responsible for assisting with the operation of a data warehouse that includes data from multiple systems, including CaIWIN. He will analyze, match, and validate data to create reports to support program compliance, business operations, and decision-making. 19-050-2
