ADOPT Resolution No. 2007/149 appointing Supervisor Susan A. Bonilla to the Airport Ad Hoc Subcommittee to replace interim appointee Supervisor Federal D. Glover. 2. INDICATE that this RESOLUTION supersedes in its entirety Resolution No. 2007/5, which was adopted by the Board of Supervisors on January 9, 2007. BACKGROUND On November 14, 2006, the Board of Supervisors, in the context of receiving the attached report from the County Administrator regarding streamlining County policies and procedures to promote greater development of the County airports, re-activated the Airport Subcommittee and appointed the District III and IV Supervisors to serve on the committee. Since the District IV Supervisor seat was vacant, Supervisor Glover offered to serve as an interim appointee until the District IV seat was filled. With Supervisor Bonilla's election to the District IV Supervisor seat, it is appropriate that the Board appoint her to the Airport Subcommittee. I am most appreciative of Supervisor Glover's willingness to serve during the interim period.
