FINANCIAL IMPACT This action provides appropriations from depreciation and estimated salvage for the replacement of three sedans. The estimated purchase cost of $52,815 will be funded with accumulated depreciation ($49,410) and estimated salvage ($3,405). BACKGROUND The Employment and Human Services Department is replacing three vehicles. The vehicles are being purchased with accumulated depreciation and estimated salvage from the vehicles being replaced plus accumulated depreciation from vehicles that were previously surplused without replacement. All three vehicles meet replacement policy guidelines with mileage over 90,000.
