AYES: Gioia,Piepho,DeSaulnier,Glover and Uilkema NOES: None ABSENT: None :�, __ •�y~ ABSTAIN: None osr--------- SUBJECT: c-----SUBJECT: BOARD MEMBER ASSIGNMENTS ) TO 2006 BOARD COMMITTEES, ) SPECIAL COUNTY COMMITTEES ) AND REGIONAL ORGANIZATIONS ) Resolution No.2006/414 WHEREAS the Board of Supervisors adopted a policy on Board Member Committee Assignments on March 21,2000; and WHEREAS adoption of a new Master Resolution with a complete roster of all appointments is required by Board policy whenever terms expire or new appointments are made; NOW, THEREFORE, THE BOARD RESOLVES TO: 1. RE-APPOINT Supervisors John Gioia and Mark DeSaulnier to the Association of Bay Area Governments(ABAG)Executive Board, and Supervisors Gayle B. Uilkema and Federal D. Glover as Alternate Execute Board members to new two-year terms ending June 30,2008. 2. INDICATE that this RESOLUTION supersedes in its entirety Resolution No. 2006/84 which was adopted by the Board of Supervisors on February 28, 2006. 3. RESOLVE that Board Members as named are APPOINTED to serve on Board committees, special county committees and regional boards/committees/commissions as specified on Attachment I for Internal Committees, on Attachment II for Regional Committees,Attachment III for Special Restriction Committees, and Attachment IV for Ad Hoc Committees.
