SPECIFIC REQUEST(S)OR RECOMMENDATION(S)&BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
RECOMMENDATION:
APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the County Risk Manager to execute a 1-year contract with Bob Stitt for
Loss Control Program Support Services for the period July 1, 2006 through June 30, 2007 in an amount
not to exceed $70,200.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
Costs are funded through the liability premium charges to revenue generating departments.

This contract is being executed for a one-year period to provide personal training for

Sexual Harassment for Supervisors
New Employee Orientation and Sexual Harassment

• Creation & Implementation of 0 Coping with Difficult People
Training with CCTV on Future Loss * Dealing with Negativity
