BACKGROUND/REASON(S) FOR RECOMMENDATION(S): The Development Rights over Parcel B will be deeded to the County in lieu of bonding for improvements stipulated in Condition of Approval 422 for Minor Subdivision 01-00006. CONSEQUENCES OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The Grant Deed will not be accepted.
