(District V) FISCAL IMPACT: None. BACKGROUND/REASON(S)-FOR RECOMMENDATION(S): The landscape plans for SD 05-08955 have been reviewed and processed by Public Works staff and meet all applicable conditions of approval regarding landscape improvements. CONSEQUENCES OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The Subdivision Agreement(Right of Way Landscaping)will not be approved.
